1. Subscription Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with InvoiceGen. If you are not satisfied with our paid Service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your first payment.
2. Renewal Refunds
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day guarantee, please email us at support@invoicegen.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund for an initial subscription, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan. You will still have access to your data, but features limited to paid plans will no longer be available.
