By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

4. Subscription and Payments

InvoiceGen offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time.
